We prefer file formats such as: Macromedia Freehand, Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or (.eps) files. Mac or PC Photoshop (.psd).
The preferred format is in vector (.ai) or (.eps). Make sure you create outlines for your fonts if you are submitting a vector file.
We also accept these types of files: JPG, GIF, BMP, TIFF – for these types of files please make sure you send us the highest resolution and largest size of your image (300 DPI or greater preferred). The better the artwork you send, the better the shirts will look.
If your file type is not listed please send it anyway and we will do our best to work with it. But please send a color print out along with it in case we have to recreate it.

Artwork can be emailed to us at snpokc@sbcglobal.net. Please be sure to include your name and telephone number with your email so we can reference your order and contact you if we have questions. If you know the PMS values of the colors in your logo, please include these as well.

Left Chest 3-4" wide x 1.5"-3" tall
Center Front 6-10" wide and 4-6" tall
Full Front 12-13" wide x 10-14" tall
High Back 3-4" wide x 1.5"-3" tall.
Full Back 13" wide x 15" tall
Sm Sleeve 3-4" wide x .5-2" tall
Long Sleeve 1-3" wide x 12-14" tall

When it comes to printing, size does not affect the cost. Screen-printing is charged by the number of colors in your logo for each imprint area.

Tips on Selecting the size of your logos

Logo size 3" by 1.5" = 6500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 2" by 3" = 7500 Stitches approx.
Logo size 3" by 3" = 9000 Stitches approx.

But for embroidery, size does affect the price. Embroidery is priced by the number of stitches in your logo. Embroidery is not charged by the number of colors in your logo. You can use up to 10 thread colors at no extra cost. A small left chest logo usually ranges anywhere from 4000 to 8000 Stitches.
